DIT works directly with landlords to help you find a place to live while attending DIT. You will enjoy living off campus in neighborhoods surrounding DIT. Admissions Representatives assist new students in finding roommates with similar needs and interests whenever possible, and can answer questions on housing during the application process.
Since most property managers and renters are not willing to rent without meeting the tenant, new students should plan to spend a few days in Seattle securing housing before training begins. On average, it takes students 1-5 days to find housing, depending on how many listings they view and how particular they are.
